We enjoyed a comfortable night with attentive service. The on-site dining options impressed us, with dishes that complemented the relaxed atmosphere perfectly. Consider requesting a room with a view, as our experience was slightly marred by an uninviting outlook. Bring your own full-length mirror for convenience!

chilston park is our favorite spot! the classic double room was so comfortable. the staff, especially matt and amelia, made us feel truly special. we loved the beautiful grounds and the delicious food in the dining room. the spa experience gift vouchers were a fantastic touch too.

this is our favorite place to stay, the venue is so beautifull and the food was delicious, but i gotta say the staff really make it special, they were super friendly and helped us with everything. special shoutout to matt, liam and amelia for makin our stay memorable, we'll definetly come back soon

Had a fab time celebrating my partner's bday! The staff were super nice and even surprised him with a cute bday plate. Our room was gorgeous, and we loved the peaceful lakeside strolls. Dinner was yummy, but breakfast could do with more options. Really enjoyed the bar area too!

We stayed in the Victoria room, and let me tell you, it was beautiful. The staff even surprised my partner with a "Happy Birthday" plate full of treats. that was a touch that made the night special.

The grilled vegetables at dinner were a taste sensation, and my chat with the head chef was pure gold! Plus, the restaurant’s food was of superb quality and the drinks menu was spot on.

One minor quibble, the coach house rooms felt a tad dated, and the main sitting area was overcrowded with furnishings. A little less chaos would do wonders for the ambiance.
