Chilston Park Hotel - Lenham

Everything was nice at this romantic and special hotel. The room was luxurious and airy with bath, bunk beds, for instance. Gorgeous location and pretty friendly staff were a definite plus. The restaurant was pretty good for breakfast. The service was excellent and the food was SPLENDID.

certainly a quite comfortable experience for celebrating birthday in lenham. classic double room with 2 bedrooms.

Kitchen did not live up to expectations, disappointing service, overly expensive

The staff were very welcoming, polite, friendly & helpful. The food was fantastic, a real treat. The huge grounds were great to walk around and there were places to visit nearby by car, Leeds Castle & Canterbury Cathedral to mention a couple of places.

Don't miss the opportunity to chat with the head chef about menu creations. it adds a personal touch to your dining experience.

We went for our 5 year anniversary and we wanted to spend abit more money to get some luxury. Chilston Park certainly was very luxurious and the staff were very helpful and informative. when we were leaving to spend the day at leed castle the receptionist (Crystal) helped us to get the opening times and gave us some money off vouchers which i found to be a nice added extra. The meal in the evening was lovely, the pigeon for the main was cooked to perfection. Overall our weekend was exactly what we was expecting and a lovely was to spend our anniversary.

Wonderful hotel, grounds are beautiful and full praise to the staff who make the hotel a luxury experience. We will definitely be staying here again. A special thank you to Stefan.

It was just a great match for a short interlude in Lenham with fantastic value. Afternoon tea was decent, but service was lacking. Make sure to check if dietary requests are noted beforehand.

The staff were obviously used to fussy people they were so atentive and polite. the whole location and setting the stly and decore wse fabulous and the food both cream tea bar menu and breakfast was fab to. not to pretenious just fab.

very pleasant stay! het hotel is gelegen in een rustige omgeving en omgeven door een park. De kamers zijn origineel ingericht naar de naam op de deur.Het restaurant serveert zeer lekker eten. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De bar is een leuke plek om een drankje te nuttigen.Kortom een aanrader !!!

The location and the grounds.

The room was extremely warm (no heating on) and looked to be a single, instead of a double room.

The food was superb, the views wonderful and the hotel itself interesting.

Thought food was overpriced and disappointed to find no brandy stocked in the bar.

The little extras eg. The weather forecast left when the bed was turned back. the newspaper left in a bag that said good morning. The age related parts of the building eg. the staircase

Not easy to get around for disabled

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was in lovely grounds and a good location to local attractions.

The bathroom needed maintaining there was some mould on the shower rail, and the shower did not work properly. The breakfast we ordered on room service was incorrect on 2 occasions out of 3.

The grounds were fine and the sauce with dinner was great!
